About The Position

The Speech Pathologist provides one‑to‑one, patient‑centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.

Requirements

  • Meets educational and experience requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA OR Meets educational requirements and is currently completing the supervised experience required for certification, registration or licensure in the State of Michigan (if applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized speech therapy services in patients’ homes
  • Deliver patient‑centered, compassionate care

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills and professional accountability
