About The Position

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their multidisciplinary care team. This role involves empowering patients through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care within an acute or rehab setting. The position is PRN (as needed) and operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, with rotating weekend and holiday duties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
• CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
