About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based rehabilitation role in Thornton, CO. This position involves providing speech and language therapy services to students, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing IEP goals. The role requires collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as accurate documentation of progress. The position is contract-based for 42 weeks, with a day shift schedule of 5x7.5 hours (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM). Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Colorado SLP License required
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorder treatment
• Ability to develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
• Experience collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams

• Experience in school-based or pediatric setting preferred
