About The Position
Vibra Healthcares is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join their team. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule and a $10,000 bonus. Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas, located in Mandan, ND, is a 41-bed Critical Care Hospital providing long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. These conditions include trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a specialized hospital, it offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can get to know patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year required.
- Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing and directing Speech-Language Pathologist services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
