About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for an SLP seeking flexible scheduling, a supportive pediatric team, and the opportunity to build a caseload and grow into a full-time role. You will work alongside a collaborative clinical team focused on helping children strengthen their communication skills, confidence, and independence.

Requirements

Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
