About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing safety in a supportive rehab environment.
Requirements
- Active SLP license required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and quality of life
- Provide therapy services for residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post-acute conditions
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
- Track resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
