About The Position

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for meaningful work and better work-life balance? Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
Ability to travel between locations
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and early childhood development.
Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families.
Understanding of developmentally appropriate interventions for the birth-to-three population.
Knowledge of family-centered practices and coaching models.
Familiarity with transdisciplinary and primary provider approaches.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with families and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity and competence with Colorado's Global Outcomes Process.
Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy services to children ages 0-3 in home and community-based settings.
Conduct assessments and evaluate speech, language, communication, feeding, and developmental needs as appropriate.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support developmental outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based early intervention practices and coaching strategies.
Deliver services using a Primary Provider and Transdisciplinary Team Model.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet program, regulatory, and billing requirements.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Support family engagement by providing education, resources, and developmental guidance.
