About The Position

Therapy Management Corporation is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. Requirements

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and quality of life.

Deliver evidence-based interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
