About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Columbus, IN, to work with Columbus Regional Hospital. PT Solutions partners with Ascension Health to deliver rehabilitation therapy services in a state-of-the-art facility. The hospital has 225 acute care beds and the rehabilitation department serves an average census of 9 patients, ensuring personalized care. PT Solutions is committed to helping patients recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life through customized rehabilitation plans.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
