About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of inpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship and advanced training and certifications. Our caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. All treatments are 1-on-1 with a patient care focus. We value time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads and prioritize your interests and professional growth. We collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach and provide unmatched collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
- Active or pending state SLP license

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient therapy services for patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Conduct 1-on-1 treatments with a patient care focus.
- Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues, surgeons, and referral sources to develop comprehensive healthcare approaches and personalized treatments.
