About The Position

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that, we have to do things differently: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in a true interdisciplinary model; and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists! Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. At Woven Care, our clinicians are the backbone of what we do. We’re dedicated to building a company that supports our clinicians. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, and BCBAs, working cross-functionally to make every day fun and interesting! You'll have the flexibility to structure your week around your family, not the other way around. And have leadership and mentor opportunities to grow with Woven Care! At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us! We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other status protected by law.
