About The Position

At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Whether you’re an experienced home health clinician or looking to transition into pediatrics, we provide the support, flexibility, and caseload assistance you need to thrive. PYG Therapy is therapist-led, meaning we understand the day-to-day realities of working in home health. Requirements

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech and language therapy services in the home setting
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Complete documentation and progress updates
• Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover at home
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain communication regarding patient progress and care needs
• Optional supervision opportunities for SLPAs
