About The Position

Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice in Tennessee and North Carolina, serving over 5,000 children each week in 30+ school districts, our outpatient clinics, and via teletherapy. Sidekick’s unique model focuses on 1:1 therapy, without the administrative burden of IEP meetings. We are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond. Options are available for both full-time and part-time for CCC-SLPs.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP certification (if CCC-SLP)
Eligibility for Tennessee licensure (if CCC-SLP)
On track for Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (if CF-SLP)

Responsibilities

Perform professional duties and adhere to the standards of care set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools.
Provide therapy without the burden of IEP meetings.
