About The Position
This is a center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role serving children with an average age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on center-based services for early learners (ages 2-7) with strong clinical, administrative, and leadership support.
Requirements
- New York State Speech and Language Pathology License
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech therapy services with clients aged 2-7 y/o
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals and needs
- Help clients improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Maintain timely and accurate client records and reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare and behavioral professionals to coordinate client care
- Educate families on strategies for managing conditions and maximizing independence
