About The Position

HealthPro Heritage has a great part-time Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity near Boulder, CO. This role is within a therapy program that provides skilled therapy services to the residents of Independent living, Assisted living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Community. The facilities are beautiful and include a high functioning outpatient clinic, which tends to be busier than the SNF, though the SNF is continuing to grow on the Long Term Care side. Requirements

Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans.
Educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
