Speech-Language Pathologist - Feeding & Swallowing Specialist
About The Position
Cole is seeking a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with at least one year of pediatric feeding experience, including experience with complex medical cases, to join its growing Houston team. The role focuses on pediatric feeding and swallowing and offers collaboration with feeding specialists and other clinicians, on-site clinical support, mentorship, and access to Cole’s Feeding Program. The position is located at 13201 Northwest Freeway, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77040. Compensation is available as either guaranteed hourly W-2 pay of $33–$41 per hour or pay-per-visit W-2 pay of $50–$76 per therapy hour and $80 per evaluation. Benefits are available at 20 or more hours per week. The role offers flexible scheduling, a manageable caseload with 26 of 40 hours in direct patient care, professional development and leadership opportunities, and the possibility of growing from part-time to full-time.
Requirements
- CCC-SLP certification.
- Texas SLP license.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- At least one year of pediatric feeding experience, including complex cases.

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric feeding and swallowing therapy, including care for children with complex medical cases.
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and other clinicians.
- Work as part of a team of feeding therapists and specialists.
