About The Position

Cole is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric feeding and swallowing to join its Houston team. The position offers collaboration with experienced feeding specialists, on-site clinical support, mentorship, and access to Cole’s Feeding Program. The clinician will work with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and other clinicians and provide care for children, including complex medical and feeding cases. Compensation is available through either guaranteed hourly W-2 pay of $33–$41 per hour or pay-per-visit W-2 pay of $50–$76 per therapy hour and $80 per evaluation. Benefits are available at 20 or more hours per week. The role is described as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time, and includes flexible scheduling, a manageable caseload with 26 of 40 hours in direct patient care, three weeks of PTO, holidays, and a “YOU” Day.

Requirements

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Texas SLP license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• At least one year of pediatric feeding experience, including complex medical cases.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for helping children thrive.

Responsibilities
