About The Position
Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role in their skilled nursing facility. The SLP will join a collaborative rehab team helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
Requirements
- Active SLP license required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
