About The Position
Functional Pathways is currently hiring for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist with the primary location of Saint Simeon's Senior Community with potential for additional hours at our other locations throughout the Tulsa area. Saint Simeon’s Senior Community is nestled on 50 acres in the beautiful Osage Hills of Tulsa, offering senior residences that provide a safe and peaceful retreat for the mind, body, and soul. Our residents benefit from the many walking paths available campus-wide. Two beautiful courtyards and our own Eckel Park that allows our residents the opportunity to take a nature walk and enjoy the hundreds of types of flora and fauna on campus. Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
