About The Position
Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join their team at a highly rated continuing care retirement community located in Oxford, Ohio. The facility provides various levels of care, from independent & assisted living to skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. This is a PRN position, offering very flexible hours with minimal commitment, with some weekday availability preferred. There is also an additional HTS facility with occasional PRN needs located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Requirements
- Active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
- Hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to residents.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine residents' needs and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress.
