About The Position
This is a temporary Speech Language Pathologist position to cover a maternity leave at Tinley Park High School. The position is effective from August 12, 2026, through December 22, 2026. The role involves planning and preparation for coherent programs and services, demonstrating knowledge of best practices, students, and resources. It also includes professional practice and service delivery, creating a supportive environment, demonstrating flexibility, clear communication, consultation, collaboration, and maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities also extend to professional duties such as communicating with families, developing record systems, professional growth, and reflection on practice.
Requirements
- A valid Illinois Type 73 certification.
- Speech Language Pathologist endorsement.
- Master's degree in speech language pathology from an accredited College or university.
