About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate, friendly, collaborative, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in North Saint Paul, MN. This role focuses on working with elementary-aged students to build communication skills that support their academic success, social development, and confidence. Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) SLP license or eligibility
Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
Comfort supporting diverse, multilingual student populations
Clinical Fellows welcome

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language evaluations for elementary students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment
