About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lakewood, New Jersey for a part-time/TEMP school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey! Job opportunities are also available State-wide and Nation-wide! Growth within the company is available and encouraged! Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric). Exclusive school placement (no travel required). Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM, 2 days a week. Length of position: 2-3 months. Pay: $60 - $65/hr. Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
Requirements
- Speech Language Pathology License
- NJ School Certification
Responsibilities
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
