About The Position
Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join its therapy team in Youngstown, Ohio. The position evaluates and treats speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develops individualized treatment plans and functional goals; monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment as appropriate; educates patients, families, caregivers, and team members; collaborates with the interdisciplinary team; and completes required documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CCC-SLP as applicable.
Nice To Haves
- SNF/long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
