About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• 2 years of relevant experience of related experience
• LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan Upon Hire
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
• LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan State of Michigan required during CFY
• CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines
