About The Position

Saco Bay Kids is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team! We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders. We would prefer a candidate with their CCCs but will interview new grads with outpatient pediatric experience. This position offers strong mentorship in all areas of pediatric speech language pathology, including feeding therapy, AAC, and more. New graduates seeking to complete their CFY are welcome to apply!

Requirements

Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
State SLP licensure and ASHA certification is required.
300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services.
Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes.
Provide ongoing evaluation of your patients’ status and goals.
