Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN team members. Requirements
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable).
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
