About The Position

This direct-hire role offers a full-time position in a play-based daycare and early learning environment, working exclusively with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The position pays $36/hour and includes paid relocation. The role focuses on early childhood intervention rather than high-volume scheduling, with full integration into a daycare's daily routines for classroom carryover.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology, or active eligibility (CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows and CFYs welcome)
1-2 years of work experience
Prior experience with pediatric populations or early intervention is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Conduct play-based speech, language, and early communication assessments for infants, toddlers, and young children.
Design and deliver therapy plans built around early childhood learning styles, sensory preferences, and developmental milestones.
Work directly alongside daycare teachers and early childhood specialists to build communication strategies into classroom routines, story times, and play.
Track and document progress on speech clarity, receptive/expressive language, and social communication.
Coach parents and childcare staff on language strategies for home and classroom carryover.
