About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Windsor, CO. You’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is to support students speech needs over the extended school year during the month of June. This position is for the 2025-2026 school year and will have a Monday-Thursday schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado Department of Education Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
