AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a PreK–4th grade elementary school in Reading, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse elementary caseload, including speech-only students as well as students with more complex communication needs. You'll support students across general education and specialized settings, including Autistic Support classrooms. We have a variety of school-based opportunities, making it easier to align clinicians with positions that match their interests, experience, and preferred student population. The position is full-time with a 35-hour work week, scheduled from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with an anticipated caseload of approximately 55–65 students. The caseload is blended and includes students in Autistic Support classrooms, those with complex communication needs, low-incidence disabilities, and speech-only students. SLPs will case-manage speech-only students. There is an opportunity to work with students across a wide range of communication needs and levels of support. Shared office space is available, and collaboration as part of a multidisciplinary team is required. Training on IEPs and district-specific systems is available through SLP Leads and Special Education administration.
