About The Position

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives on helping patients regain independence and achieve meaningful progress in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on neurological rehabilitation. Join our outpatient therapy team in Mesa, AZ. Must have CCCs for this position!

Requirements

• Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation
• Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services.
• Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs.
• Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
