Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health | Per Diem. Join a Leading Home Health Team in Los Angeles. Remedy Home Health Care is a trusted provider of home health services across Los Angeles County, delivering high-quality mobile therapy and skilled care directly to patients where they feel most comfortable — at home. We specialize in senior care, rehabilitation, and community-based therapy, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. We’re currently hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide impactful, one-on-one care through home health speech therapy services across Los Angeles.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
- Active California SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (mobile home health role)
- Current auto insurance
- Professional liability insurance
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Perform evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Deliver swallowing therapy (dysphagia management) and communication training
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
