About The Position

Join Cross Country Education in Easton, Maryland, for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role involves providing in-person speech and language therapy to K-12 students diagnosed with Autism, Language Impairments, and Learning Disabilities. You will manage a caseload of 45-50 students, focusing on specialized services outside the general education setting to achieve Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IEP-aligned treatment plans, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams and families is key to coordinating support services and promoting an inclusive environment for student success.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience supporting diverse student populations, including Autism and OHI
