Clinical Fellow - Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
Cortica is hiring a part-time Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist in Carlsbad, California. The role provides pediatric speech and language therapy using a dynamic, play-based approach that integrates sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies. Clinicians develop individualized treatment plans within a holistic, transdisciplinary model and educate families so communication strategies can be used in everyday life. The SLP works collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, and ABA professionals to support outcomes for children. The role also involves accurate documentation, compliance with state and company policies, and participation in Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program, which offers structured opportunities for clinical advancement, mentorship, training, and leadership. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities
