Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
- Current New York State Speech Language Pathologist License.

Responsibilities
- Assess residents' speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Create activities to improve independence in daily living.
- Track resident performance, adjust treatments as needed, and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist residents recovering from illness, injury, or other conditions.
- Promote a clean, safe, and supportive setting for residents and staff.
- Protect resident information and maintain trust.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care and progress.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
