Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
  • Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP).
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Strong communication abilities, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient success.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence‑based assessment tools.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
  • Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
  • Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth operations.
