About The Position

LADACIN Network, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for its Early Intervention Program. This part-time position provides home-based speech and language therapy to infants and toddlers from birth through age three who have developmental delays. The position is part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team, with openings in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Requirements

• Current New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team.
• Must pass required background clearances and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to infants and toddlers receiving Early Intervention services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication and developmental goals.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Educate and coach families to support communication development during everyday routines.
• Maintain compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards.
• Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and the Code of Ethics.
