About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state (Virginia).
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet children's needs.
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentors.
Provide world-class care in speech therapy.
Focus on authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.
Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan due to reasonable caseloads.
Become a certified clinical instructor and mentor students (for experienced teammates).
