About The Position
Preble Home Health Services LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services in patients’ homes in Preble County, Ohio, and surrounding areas. This part-time, PRN opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care. The clinician will help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Current Ohio SLP license.
- Current CPR and/or BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team disciplines.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations.
