School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY)
About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) to join their team and support students in Lancaster, SC, for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves providing high-quality, on-site speech and language therapy services to students across the district, with grade-level assignments (K–12) determined by district needs. Responsibilities include leading student evaluations, developing measurable goals, participating in the IEP process, and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams. The SLP will design and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse communication, articulation, and language needs, monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings and evaluations.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License (LLR)
- South Carolina Educator Certificate (or immediate eligibility to obtain one)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
