About The Position

At Sidekick, we’re proud to be a Woman-Led Top Workplace and a Knoxville Top Workplace for four consecutive years, as well as a Top Workplace USA for two consecutive years. We work with families in their natural environments, coaching parents and caregivers with strategies to implement during routines.
