About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Puyallup, WA, for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person, full-time role (1.0 FTE) for the entire school year, serving a K-12 caseload. The position involves providing speech and language evaluations and therapy, developing and implementing IEPs, completing documentation, and collaborating with school special education teams. Clinical Fellows are welcome, as supervision and mentorship are provided.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate - or eligible to apply
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams
