About The Position

AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract opportunity. AIM is a services company that focuses on delivering special education services by pairing clinicians with proprietary technology. This role is for a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Requirements

Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active Texas SLP license
Valid driver's license
Experienced SLP
Ability to clear a background check for public school settings

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Plan and provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals
Evaluate student progress and readiness for dismissal from services
Conduct independent evaluations to assess eligibility for speech-language services
Participate in IEP/ARD meetings to support appropriate placement and goal setting
Collaborate with teachers to support communication skills through classroom activities
Provide guidance to school personnel on identifying and understanding communication deficits
Communicate therapy goals and progress with colleagues, students, and parents
Support ongoing evaluation of speech-language services and recommend improvements
Assist in the selection of equipment and instructional materials
Compile and maintain accurate, timely reports and records meeting district and state requirements
