About The Position
Join a welcoming elementary school team as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist and make an immediate impact for the remainder of the school year. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping students build strong communication skills that enhance learning, confidence, and peer connections. Strong performers may have the opportunity to continue into the 2026–2027 school year. In this therapy-centered role, you will work directly with students, providing targeted speech and language interventions without the added responsibility of evaluations. You’ll develop IEPs, track progress, and maintain documentation while partnering with teachers and families to support student success in the classroom.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- An active Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license is required prior to the start of the assignment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to effectively support student success within a school-based setting.
Nice To Haves
- The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
