About The Position

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students during the 2026–2027 school year. This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing meaningful therapy services within a school-based environment. The SLP will work with students across a range of communication needs and collaborate virtually with educators, families, administrators, and other related-service providers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license appropriate for the students being served
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate private workspace for teletherapy

Nice To Haves

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • CF-SLP candidates may be considered
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable providing therapy and collaborating through a virtual platform

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or small-group speech and language therapy through a secure teletherapy platform
  • Complete speech-language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals
  • Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress notes
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school teams
  • Collaborate with other special education professionals to support student success
  • Complete required documentation, planning, and administrative responsibilities
