About The Position

PruittHealth is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist to support patients in improving communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life. The position is located at 3535 Ashton Woods Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30319, and is full-time. Compensation is up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location. The role is part of a post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and therapy services environment, with a collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence. Clinical Fellowship candidates are considered where applicable.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
Foreign-trained applicants must have credentials deemed substantially equivalent by an ASHA-approved evaluation organization.

Nice To Haves

CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, or post-acute care is preferred.
Clinical Fellowship candidates are considered where applicable.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Perform dysphagia, cognitive, and communication assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and outcomes.
