About The Position
The IMA Group is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a flexible, low-commitment evaluation role. This position focuses on performing speech and language evaluations for disability determinations, requiring no ongoing therapy or caseload management. The role offers flexible scheduling, typically 1–2 days per month, and utilizes a streamlined digital platform for assessments and report writing. The IMA Group's Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies by providing professional and objective medical and psychological examinations and ancillary services. Their Payer Services Division addresses evaluation and screening needs for Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers, including behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services across workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Additionally, their Clinical Research Division conducts Phase II-IV clinical trials in various therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network.
Requirements
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license (or eligibility)
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric testing experience preferred
- CCC-SLP a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct standardized speech/language assessments (CELF, PLS, Goldman, etc.)
- Analyze findings and interpret results
- Complete clear, objective evaluation reports
