Requirements

• Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and a current Tennessee Speech Therapist license.
• Current provisional Speech Pathology License in State of TN with the expectation to obtain a regular Speech Path License within 12 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
