About The Position

The incumbent will provide speech and language services to assess, diagnose and implement treatment of speech and/or language remediation programs to the preschool populations. In addition, provides consultative, public education, and parent training services.

Requirements

Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
College of Speech-Language Pathologists & Audiologists of Saskatchewan (CSASK) membership
Intermediate - Decision making skills
Intermediate - Communication skills
Excellent assessment, diagnostic and intervention skills
Basic - Verbal communication skills
Intermediate - Assessment skills
Basic - Writing skills
Basic - Organizational skills
Basic - Interpersonal skills
Basic - Capability to transform systems: Champion and orchestrate change
Intermediate - Problem solving skills
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Ability to work independently
Knowledge in various treatments and strategies for Autism Spectrum Disorder
Travel required
Valid Class 5 driver's license
