About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team in St. Cloud, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping students develop the communication skills needed for academic and personal success

Nice To Haves

  • Minnesota Department of Education licensure or eligibility preferred
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varying communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals and educational objectives
  • Provide engaging individual and small-group therapy sessions using evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication skills across classroom environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations for student programming
  • Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, AAC, and other speech-language needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment that encourages student confidence and participation
  • Collaborate regularly with school staff to ensure continuity of services and student success
