26-27 School Year Speech-Language Pathologist - Elementary
About The Position
AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team in St. Cloud, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide services to students across general education, resource, and specialized programming, supporting a wide range of communication needs. Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students develop the communication skills needed for academic and personal success
Nice To Haves
- Minnesota Department of Education licensure or eligibility preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varying communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals and educational objectives
- Provide engaging individual and small-group therapy sessions using evidence-based intervention strategies
- Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication skills across classroom environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations for student programming
- Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, AAC, and other speech-language needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment that encourages student confidence and participation
- Collaborate regularly with school staff to ensure continuity of services and student success
